Zucchini Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. zucchini, ground or chunked
    1 (64 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
Preparation
    Boil 30 minutes all ingredients together.
    Pack in pint jars. Process for 20 minutes in pressure canner.
    Yield 6 to 7 pints. Tastes just like real pineapple.
