Arctic Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

In a bowl, blend cream cheese and Miracle Whip.
Stir in raspberries, pineapple and pecans.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Freeze 8 hours.
To serve, set out 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut and serve.
Serves 12 to 18.
