No Bake Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumbs
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
    1 (8 oz.) jar mixed candied fruit
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. golden seedless raisins
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In large bowl thoroughly combine first 7 ingredients, then stir in next 4 ingredients.
    Add to graham cracker mixture and blend thoroughly.
    Pack firmly into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch aluminum foil pan.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days.
    Let stand about 2 hours at room temperature before serving.
    Makes 1 (8 ounce) loaf.
