Cajun Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swanson frozen chicken livers, thawed and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 pouch Campbell's onion soup and recipe mix
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook livers, green pepper, celery and garlic in butter until vegetables are tender, stirring often.
    Stir soup mix, water and hot pepper sauce into skillet.
    Heat to boiling; stir in rice.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
