Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large fresh mushrooms (1 1/2 to 2 inch diameter)
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop enough to make 1 cup. In a saucepan, cook mushroom stems, onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
    Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.
    Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
    Arrange caps in a 15 x 10 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
