Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Ekridge sausage
3 or 4 medium potatoes
3 or 4 carrots
1 medium onion
1 pkg. brown gravy mix

Preparation

Slice sausage into 1/2-inch pieces.
Pre-boil potatoes, carrots and onion.
Mix brown gravy by package directions.
Mix all ingredients and bake in casserole dish for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
