Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust (do not bake ahead)
    6 slices bacon
    1 small chopped onion
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese or mix of Swiss and American
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cook bacon; drain and chop up.
    Saute onion in bacon fat; drain.
    Combine eggs, milk, cream cheese, bacon and seasonings. Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    If you like, add more cheese, mushrooms, crab meat or vegetables.
    Makes 1 pie.
    Serves 8.
