Barbecue-Sauce Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot-style catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices and halved (1/2 lb.)
    cooking oil
    1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (16 oz.) can whole white potatoes
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    In a bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Brush zucchini pieces lightly with cooking oil.
    On 4 long skewers, alternately thread beef, potatoes and zucchini.
    Brush with catsup mixture. Broil the kabobs 4 to 5-inches from heat for about 20 minutes. Turn once and brush occasionally with sauce.
    Serve kabobs on rice.
    (Can be cooked on grill.)
    Makes 4 servings.
