Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box Ritz crackers
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter, divided
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. light cream
    2 fish fillets
    1 lb. lobster meat
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 cans minced clams
Preparation
    Butter two large casseroles.
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Crush crackers into crumbs.
    In skillet saute mushrooms with 2 tablespoons butter.
    In bowl mix soup, mushrooms and light cream. Put 1 fish fillet on bottom of each casserole.
    Add a layer of mushroom sauce, then a layer of crumbs.
    Continue layering seafoods in casseroles with a layer of sauce and crumbs between each.
    Finish each with crumbs.
    Cut remaining butter into thin pats and place on top.
    Bake casseroles in a water bath for a little more than an hour.
    This dish may be frozen.
