Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. sweet green peppers
    1 doz. sweet red peppers
    3 large onions
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop peppers and onion fine.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes; drain.
    Cover again with hot water and let come to boil.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain dry and add salt, vinegar and sugar.
    Cook for 15 minutes and pack in hot jars. Process in water bath can at 212\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
