Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cream margarine and sugar, blend in eggs.
Add flour; mix well.
Spread on bottom and 2 inches high around sides of 9-inch cheesecake spring-form pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
