Broccoli-Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and well-drained
    2 crust (9-inch) pie
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    milk
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in flour, salt and garlic.
    Add milk and softened cream cheese.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Add moderate amount of hot mixture to beaten egg. Return to mixture in skillet.
    Cook until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Set aside.
