Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, cut
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 diced green pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; cool.
    Combine all ingredients. Marinate at least 12 hours.
    Drain.
