Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2/3 c. onion
    2/3 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except sharp cheese.
    Cook in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Add sharp cheese; cook until melted.
