Jackie'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 lb. Colby Jack cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour into pie shells.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
