Baked Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1 can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Bake ribs.
Salt and pepper 1 1/4 hours, uncovered at 350\u00b0. Mix all other ingredients and pour over baked ribs and bake 1 hour more, uncovered.
Serves 4.
