Sweet Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 lemon, grate rind and save juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Combine sugar, egg and lemon in double boiler.
Cook until thick.
Allow to cool and add pecans, raisins and mayonnaise. Spread onto bread; makes 2 dozen sandwiches.
