Three-Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix last 5 ingredients well.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and stir or toss to blend.
    Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
