Mexican Pork Or Beef Chile Verde(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 large garlic
    1 lb. pork or beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can green chiles
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole dish, combine onion and garlic.
    Cover. Microwave High 2 minutes.
    Stir in meat in cubes, flour, salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes and green chiles.
    Stir to break up tomatoes.
    Cover.
    Microwave High 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Reduce power. Cover for 30 minutes.
    Stir.
    Microwave uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until meat is tender.
    Serve with warm tortillas.
    Serves 4 to 6.
