Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can Pet milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 large onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Saute onion slightly in margarine.
    Add soup and milk.
    Mix in cheese, broccoli, rice and water chestnuts; simmer 10 minutes. Pour into a large, greased casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. (Mixture should be creamy, not dry.) Casserole can be made a day or two ahead or frozen for later use.
