Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. whipped topping
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding*
nuts
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool. Cream the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup whipped topping.
Spread on crust.
Combine pudding and milk until firm.
Pour over mixture.
Spread whipped topping over pudding.
Sprinkle with nuts.
