Green Beans With Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vegetable oil (can use less oil if cooked in SilverStone nonstick type pan)
    1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cut diagonally in 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 small clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    2 tsp. sesame seed
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat
    oil in uncovered wok or pan.
    Add next 4 ingredients; stir-fry 1 minute.\tAdd remaining ingredients; cover and cook until
    beans
    are
    crisp-tender (5 to 7 minutes).
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
