Cream Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 slices bacon
    3 egg yolks
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    unbaked 8 to 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, egg yolks, heavy cream, egg, pepper and salt until smooth and blended. Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces and cook until lightly browned and crisp. Arrange the bacon in the pie shell. Pour cheese mix over bacon and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes longer or until puffed and golden brown. Let stand a few minutes and serve hot. Serves 4 to 6.
