Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns or Tater Tots
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine, sliced
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix potatoes and onion together and spread into a buttered casserole dish (9 x 13-inches).
Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over potatoes.
Place margarine slices over top. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
