Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size apples, cored and sliced (peeling optional)
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 2-quart baking dish, toss together the apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and salt.
