Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
    5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake until well mixed; set aside.
    Place spinach in a large bowl. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently. Garnish with crumbled bacon and egg slices.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
