Lemon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken (any part)
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    2 onions, cut into 1/4's
    1/2 c. rice
    salt to taste
    2 egg yolks
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine chicken, vegetables and water to cover in a saucepan. Cook chicken until tender.
    Remove and chop chicken into pieces; set aside.
    Combine rice with broth in a saucepan.
    Cook just until rice is tender.
    Season to your taste.
    Beat egg yolks and lemon juice; whisk a small amount of hot liquid (soup) into egg mixture. Then whisk egg mix back into soup.
    Add chicken.
    Heat just to serve.
