Fiesta Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. whipped cream

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl.
Blend in eggs, vanilla and bananas.
Add flour and salt alternately with sour milk, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in baking powder and soda. Pour into greased cake pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool completely.
Frost with whipped cream.
Garnish with cherries. Refrigerate.
