Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
    Add oil, salt, hot water and sugar.
    Stir and add 1 1/2 cups flour; mix well and add egg.
    Add remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Put into greased bowl.
    Cover and allow to rise twice.
    Make into rolls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Brush with butter.
    (May punch down and put in refrigerator and allow to rise about 2 hours.)
