Creamy Vanilla Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix milk and flour, then cook until thick, stirring constantly; cool.
Cream sugar, shortening and sugar; add vanilla. Add flour mixture and mix well.
