Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 or 4 eggs
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 to 4 large bananas
vanilla wafers
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Place egg yellow in saucepan along with sugar and milk.
After adding milk, fill 1/2 can with water and pour into mixture.
Bring to rapid boil.
Stir constantly.
Boil until thick and creamy.
Add extract.
Remove from heat.
Slice bananas. Place vanilla wafers in pan and layer bananas.
Repeat once and pour sauce over it.
Place egg white in bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar and beat until fluffy.
Place over pudding.
Refrigerate until cool.
You can not eat just 1 bowl!
