Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 eggs
    1 pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    1 lb. cheese
    2 pkg. pizza crust mix or 2 frozen bread rolls
Preparation
    Fry sausage.
    Add peppers, onion and mushrooms.
    Let cool.
    Add eggs.
    Roll out one dough.
    Spoon 1/2 of sausage mixture on dough. Top with 1/2 of cheese.
    Fold up sides of dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
