Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole graham cracker, crushed or 2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Hawaiian pineapple Jell-O (sugar-free)
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) container light cream cheese
1 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) can drained, unsweetened crushed pineapple
Preparation

Spray an 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan or 9-inch pie plate lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle bottom and side with the graham cracker crumbs.
