Squash Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
fat for frying
Preparation

Mash squash well.
Add onion, egg, flour, meal and salt; mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to frying pan and heat on medium. Drop squash in hot oil with tablespoon.
Brown on both sides and drain on paper towel.
