Ann'S Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular or hot sausage
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
    10 oz. medium Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and form into bite size balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. For best results, mix small amounts at a time in blender until mixture is wet and pulpy.
    These can be kept uncooked and frozen for about 3 weeks. Add 10 minutes to baking time if frozen.
