Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1 c. cranberry ice cocktail
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Put cranberries through food chopper; add sugar and mix well. Sprinkle gelatine on 1/2 cup cranberry juice to soften.
Place over low heat and stir in remaining 1/2 cup cranberry juice, pineapple and nuts.
Chill until firm.
Apples may be substituted for pineapple.
