Tater Tot Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    32 oz. pkg. Tater Tots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain.
    Stir in mixed vegetables and soup.
    Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with Tater Tots.
    Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
