Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini, peeled if large and tough
    4 c. ground onion
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. vinegar
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. each nutmeg, dry mustard and turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Let zucchini, onion
    and salt stand overnight; drain and rinse with cold
    water.
    Add
    all
    ingredients
    to zucchini and onion. Cook 30 minutes.
    Seal in hot clean jars.
