Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix good and chill.
    Keeps for a week in refrigerator.
    Roll on floured board when going to use.
