3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix
sugar,
cornstarch and salt; blend well.
Add milk and beaten
egg yolks.\tStir until well blended and cook over medium heat until thick.
Add vanilla and coconut; stir well. Pour
into baked
pie\tcrust.\tTop with meringue and sprinkle with coconut. Brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
