Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a jar or bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, onion, chopped parsley, mustard, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously.
    Yields approximately 1 1/4 cups. Serve with tossed salad, sliced tomatoes or cold vegetables.
