Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain flour (rounded)
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. boiling water
3 egg yolks, beaten with 1 white
1/2 Tbsp. butter
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar in double boiler. Add boiling water, stirring constantly. Add egg yolks, stirring vigorously. Cook until mixture drops in thick sheets. Add butter, lemon juice and rind. Cool.
Pour in baked shell.
Top with meringue.
