Pineapple Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    2 (18 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Mix the sugar and melted oleo; add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Add juice and pineapple chunks.
    Top with grated cheese. Crumble Ritz crackers over to cover evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Good with baked ham.
