Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef chuck, round steak or hamburger
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic or garlic powder
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. green peppers, cut into small pieces
    1 stalk celery
    2 tomatoes, cut up
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, garlic, onion, peppers, celery, tomatoes and 1 cup water.
    Cook about 20 minutes.
    Fry hamburgers in small patties until done.
    Pour off grease and then pour first mixture over hamburgers in skillet.
    Make 3/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon flour or cornstarch in cup.
    Shake well and pour over hamburgers; simmer about 15 minutes.
    Serve with rice or fried potatoes.
    If it's too thick, add a little more water and stir in.
