Cutlets Du Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. firm tofu
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. natural soy sauce (see soy sauce)
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 green pepper
Preparation
    Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Slice tofu, roll in seasoned bread crumbs.
    Place on greased cookie sheet, turn every 15 minutes.
    Saute onion, garlic and green peppers in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Pour over cutlets when done.
    Serve.
