Tom'S Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 ears cooked corn (16 oz. canned corn is okay; fresh corn should be cut off cob)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 to 2 eggs
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    little milk (1/4 c. ?, if too thick)
Preparation
    Combine corn, flour, sugar, eggs, salt and oil and mix in blender.
    Add milk if necessary.
    Fry in hot fat.
    Use a teaspoon as a measure.
    Keep warm on paper towels in oven until ready to serve.
    Serve with pancake syrup, jelly, powdered sugar or plain.
