Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice cooked bacon, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    2 large cans minced clams (do not drain)
    1 c. potatoes, diced
    1 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. parsley (fresh or dried)
    a pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Fry first four ingredients in butter or margarine. Add remaining ingredients; simmer until the potatoes are soft, but firm. Add light cream and a pinch of sugar to the pot. Serve with a baguette and a nice white wine. BON APPETITE!
