Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    onion to taste
    salt and pepper
    cream of chicken soup
    mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet and cut up onion. Cook until the onion is tender. Add soups; stir until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of milk. Debone chicken; layer chicken, rice and soup mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
