Braunschweiger Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. braunschweiger
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
3/4 c. chopped dill pickles
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Bring cream cheese and braunschweiger to room temperature. Combine half of the cream cheese with remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix well.
Spread in mold and chill for several hours. Unmold.
Frost with remaining cream cheese.
Garnish with chopped nuts.
Serve with crackers or a party loaf bread.
