Mild Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground meat
    1 or 2 onions, chopped
    1 or 2 jalapenos, chopped
    1 can Pet evaporated milk (large)
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bag tortilla chips
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown the meat, onions and peppers.
    Drain the fat.
    Add the milk, enchilada sauce and 2 soups.
    (It works better if you combine all this before you add it to the pan.)
    In a Pyrex casserole, alternate the tortilla chips, meat mixture and a little cheese twice, ending with the bulk of the cheese on the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
